Something went wrong with a booking. I didn't receive the booking confirmation, but it apparently ended up in my spam folder. Two months later, I received a call saying the booking hadn't been paid for in two weeks, and if I wanted to cancel, I'd have to pay 35%. I finally agreed to it, and they told me over the phone that would be €50. Then I received the email and had to pay €63.25. I called again, and they said there was nothing they could do about it. There would be an additional €15 service fee, but their colleague said they should mention it. Such a shame, how easily they get their money. The service is terrible. Never again for us on discounted trips!

B&B Erve Groot Wegereef in Hengelde. We stayed here for three days during Christmas week and it was fantastic. A warm welcome, a beautiful room, and a delicious breakfast. As a bonus, we received a voucher for an ice cream tasting at Erve Tankink Farm in Ambt Delden, where we received a friendly welcome and enjoyed delicious homemade ice cream. What a treat! Wendy, thank you so much, and we'd love to come back again.
